SchoolBackpackStore.com offers its customers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee 30 Day Return Policy.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact SchoolBackpackStore.com customer service for shipping instructions and a Return Authorization Code; you may return your unused item (with all product tags attached) for a full refund, excluding shipping & handling charges. 

Purchasing online is convenient and offers many advantages giving customers bigger selections and more choices of brands, styles and colors than you would be able to find at your local retailer. Storefront retailers just can't carry the selection that SchoolBackpackStore.com can offer customers.  Since you haven't physically seen your selection we offer you our satifaction guarantee to return your unused product (with all product tags attached) back to us within 30 days for a full refund (shipping and handling charges are non-refundable).

To return your product to SchoolBackpackStore.com for refund or credit, contact customer service at customerservice@schoolbackpackstore.com for a Return Authorization Code; enclose your original invoice/packing slip with your unused product with all product tags attached.  Securely package and ship insured to the address on the Return Authorization for processing.

Orders and or products returned without a Return Authorization Code will not be accepted.  Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable by SchoolBackpackStore.com.  Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.  Insurance is recommended since we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.  A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment.  Please allow a minimum of 14 days for processing returns. 

Price adjustments are not available for items which have gone on sale since purchased.

Defective Products
