Shipping

SchoolBackpackStore.com ships orders via United Parcel Service (UPS), U.S. Postal Service and FedEx.  We do not ship C.O.D. Rates and delivery times vary.  Shipping charges are automatically added to orders at check out. Insurance is optional and recommended. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items unless package is insured.

Orders are processed Monday - Friday.  Orders are shipped within 5-7 business days for in-stock products.  Products requiring additional shipping time and/or charges are noted.  Certain products are shipped directly from the manufacturer and will arrive in separate shipments; delivery time will vary based on warehouse location.  Your order will reflect the total cost, including shipping, for all products ordered.  Products are not available for pick up.   The confirmation or tracking number will be available when your order is shipped.

*Orders qualifiying for Free Shipping will be shipped via the most economical means at shippers discretion. Orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska will be charged an additional $10.00 per order for shipping and handling (Free Shipping does not apply on orders to HA & AK)

You will be notified if we are unable to fufill any product on your order; advising you if the product is backordered or discontinued.  Backordered products will remain pending unless order is canceled by customer.  All products in stock will be shipped upon payment verification.  

Orders shipped to California addresses are subject to sales tax. 

Please note:  UPS and FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Shipments to FPO/APO Addresses:

SchoolBackpackStore.com is unable to ship to APO and FPO addresses at this time due to restrictions on military mail.

International & U.S. Territory Shipments

Currently orders cannot be accepted for shipment outside the United States or to U.S. Territories.

All payments are processed through PayPal^®  and verified prior to shipment.

• Returned checks are subject to a return fee of $35.
