Manufacturers’ warranties and product guarantees listed below are provided for reference only and are subject to change without notice. Manufacturers’ warranties are as stated on the product tags. COLUMBIA Sportswear Company

Columbia Sportswear Company guarantees the product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as you, the original purchaser, own the product.  The warranty applies when the product is used for its intended purpose under normal conditions, and does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, laundering, the natural breakdown of materials over time, improprer handling, or common carrier damage.  If defective, Columbia will repair or replace the product with a comparaible product at Columbia's option.  For repair, send the product, freight prepaid, to the following address with a copy of your proof of purchase and a cover letter with your name, address, daytime phone number and a description of the problem to:  Columbia Sportswear Company, 4 Star Distribution Center, Attention: Warranty Department, 2001 Northern Star Way, Robards, KY 42452 (270)521-8000.

Ivar

Ivar® Backpack Quality Guarantee
Ivarson USA LLC warrants every Ivar® product to be free of manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. Not covered by this warranty is normal wear and tear, improper care, modifications, accidents, use for a purpose other than for which it was designed, and the natural breakdown of colors and materials over time. High Sierra Warranty

High Sierra warrants its bags to the original owner against defects in materials or workmanship under normal recreational use.  If a warranted product fails due to a material or manufacturing defect, High Sierra will repair or replace the product at High Sierra’s option.  This warranty does not include bags or products with wheels, which have a 5-year warranty.  This warranty covers only defects in materials and workmanship.  It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, normal fading, abuse, negligence and misuse or airline damage. To obtain warranty service you will need to contact High Sierra at 1-800-323-9590.  You will be issued a return authorization number to return your product for warranty repair.  After obtaining a return authorization number write the RA# on the outside of the carton and also on a packing slip with the item and the reason for the return.  The product is to be sent prepaid (preferably UPS) to High Sierra Sport Co. 880 Corporate Woods Parkway, Vernon Hills, IL  60061.

JanSport U.S.--Universal Warranty

JanSport Outdoor Equipment and Luggage is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product.  Our warranty applies when the product is used for the purpose intended, under normal conditions, and does not apply to damages caused by typical wear and tear over time, unreasonable use, accidents or neglect.  Equipment and Apparel products should be sent to JanSport attn: Warranty Dept, 1202 Shuksan Way, Everett, WA 98203.  Please include your name, address and phone number (including area code) with the item along with a description of the problem.  Do not send luggage without first contacting our Luggage Warranty/Service Center at (800)426-9227 X4047, or visit our website at www.jansport.com for return instructions.  Products repaired or replaced under warranty will be returned free of charge.  For more information on JanSports Warranty call (800)426-9227 or (425)407-4040.

Samsonite®

WARRANTY
Samsonite® guarantees these products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for three years from the date of original purchase.  If such a defect appears during the warranty period, Samsonite® will repair or replace (at its option) the product without charge. Simply write to Samsonite explaining the defect including proof of purchase and Samsonite® will let you know where to send the product. Contact Samsonite Corporation: Attention: Product Service, 11200 East 45th Avenue, Denver, Colorado 80239-3018.  Naturally this commitment does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse or neglect of the product, or damages by a common carrier.  This warranty give you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Sumdex--Warranty  

Sumdex warrants to the original purchaser that its products are free from defects in materials or workmanship. In case there is a defect in materials or workmanship, Sumdex will repair or replace (at the manufacturer's discretion) the product with a comparable model. Should you have a question, or need repair, simply contact Sumdex by mail, explaining the defect and include the proof of purchase, your name, complete address and daytime phone number.  A Sumdex customer service representative will inform you where to mail your luggage, prepaid for warranty evaluation. This warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, abuse, improper care or alteration, and excludes claims for incidental or consequential loss.

iSAFE is proud of its products and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. RETURN GUIDELINES: 1) Must Be Unused: Item must be in its original, unused condition, with all packaging and tags attached, as well as any accessories that were included with the backpack or bag. 2) Dated Proof of Purchase : A dated receipt must be included for a refund. 3) Secure Packing: Be sure to pack your item securely to prevent damage in transit. Damaged items will not be accepted for refund. 4) Complete the Return Authorization Form and ship your parcel within 30 days of receipt of your order.

AirBac - Warranty

Airbac is proud to stand by the quality of its backpacks. The warranty applies to use under normal conditions . This product is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a limited lifetime.  If such a defect occurs, AirBac, at their discretion, will repair or replace your product upon presentation of the original sales receipt from an authorized retailer, which serves as proof of purchase to validate your warranty.  If an identical replacement in not available, a product of comparable value.  This warranty does not cover accidental damages, unreasonable or improper use, normal wear and tear, improper handling or damages caused by a common carrier, loss of use or consequential damages, nor does it cover repairs attempted by unauthorized persons.
 
To return a product you will have to send a copy of the sales receipt from an authorized retailer and request return authorization from AirBac Technologies Corp. info@airbac.net
